Why do nurses get so ragged on for appearances?
Post Body

A lot of girls I see come through that are brand new they come in with the cute cups, fancy scrubs, and personalized tote bags, etc. They do their hair and makeup. It seems like the more seasoned veteran nurses always have a problem with it. I’ve also seen some veterans that are high maintenance in the workplace as well. If the job is getting done, and no dress codes are getting broken. What’s the issue? Who cares if Susie wants to wear pink figs, have a full glam face, and Hollywood waves? If she’s taking care of those patients isn’t that all that matters? Idk lol. I just find it weird that the high maintenance girlies get picked on for it. If they have time to do it, and it makes them happy, and they’re doing their job, again what’s the issue? Ughh thanks for coming to my Ted Talk.
