I’m an ADNS for a nursing home. I want to show my night shift nursing staff some appreciation after an amazing year (ZERO falls in 9 months!). What would they enjoy?

Hello! I’m an ADNS responsible for managing our LTC units in a 200 bed nursing home. We had an impeccable year and especially night shift staff. We had ZERO falls in the last 9 months on two LTC units, which is absolutely amazing.
I want to extend my appreciation for them by buying them something out of my own pocket, but I’m not sure what. In my personal life, I’ve always showed my appreciation through food, so the day and evening staff have been showered with bubble tea, pizza, food trucks, etc., but I know that a lot of our night shift staff do not eat (heavily) during their shift.
what do the night shift nurses and nursing assistants here think? what is a gift you would appreciate from your manager?
