I know understand why a lot of people dislike dealing with the management. My anxiety is always high when dealing with them, to the point where I wait until after 6pm to call in if I am unwell so that I don't have to speak to them. "Where's your name badge" "You've taken a lot of days off recently (when my son had gastro)" "please do x y and z when on the floor" and nitpicking. I wish I could go on night shift just so that I don't have to worry about them. They are just so detached from the rest of the staff and can not comprehend why staff morale is down the drain
