Getting stir crazy

I am currently a PMHNP and I'm getting a little stir crazy in the rural OP setting. Now I don't necessarily want to go inpatient, I worked as a floor nurse long enough to have that experience. I'm more interested in what types of certifications anyone has gotten after graduation to enhance or expand their practice. Any thoughts?
