My interests include skinny dipping(chunky dunking in my case lol) hiking, camping, fishing, geocaching, reading, haunted houses, some urban exploration and the occasional video game and I love horror movies and documentaries. I am a very large individual so I’m not looking to beat anyone’s speed record hiking lol. I’m looking to meet like minded individuals around my age to become friends with who I can hang out with. I am married but for the most part my wife doesn’t practice it. I’ve been to Dyer Woods in Rhode Island before. I love the trails there. I’ve also been to the Ledges, Rock River and Lake Willoughby in Vermont. Just last month I participated in the Naked In A Cave event at Howe Caverns in New York and I’ve also walked in the Montpelier World Naked Bike Ride the past two years in a row. Both the Naked In a Cave and the WNBR were amazing and inspiring event’s because of just the way everyone who participated ,and in the case of WNBR around us, treated everyone. It just reaffirms that naturism/nudism truly is for everyone, as long as they are for it. For me, becoming a nudist was one of the best decisions I ever made. It has had such a positive impact on my mental health. It is wonderful how people can come together, shed their clothes in a non-sexual manner and become friends and forge life long bonds with others. Sadly, at least here in the US, it’s still seen as kind of a fringe or weird thing. There are still way too many people that equate nudity with sex and while they can go hand in hand, they’re not codependent on each other. That’s not to say that nudists are prude and asexual but there is a time and a place for everything. If we want to change the general population’s perception of nudity, engaging in sexual behavior outside of consenting spaces is not the way to do it.
