Looking for advice before my first experience as a nudist.

I'm 23 m and I live near a nudist beach. I'd really like to experience being a nudist at least for a few hours at first. But I've never dared to take the plunge for 2 reasons : I'm so afraid I would have an erection as soon as I enter the nudist area. And I don't want to see and be seen by people that I know. Any advice ? PM open for any advice and experience, thanks for sharing ☺️
