Hi everyone!
I’m relatively new to the nudist lifestyle, and I’ve found it incredibly beneficial for my ADHD. There’s something about being nude that helps me stay more present and aware of the moment. It feels like my mind is less cluttered when I’m free of clothes, which is something I never expected to experience.
That said, I’ve run into a few quirky challenges, and I’m hoping to get some advice or hear from others who’ve had similar experiences.
For instance, after being nude for a while—especially while sleeping—I find myself getting a little annoyed by my penis. It just sort of flops to the side, and I feel like it gets in the way. I know this sounds silly, but it’s been surprisingly distracting! I’m wondering if this is just a side effect of being so used to underwear my whole life, and if it’ll start feeling more natural over time.
Has anyone else felt uncomfortable with something seemingly so small or had a “silly” hang-up they needed to get over? How did you deal with it? I’d love to hear any tips, stories, or advice you might have.
Thanks in advance for your thoughts and for being such a supportive community!
