Just a genuine question. My first thoughts literally when learning about nudism was worrying about what happens if your family sees or catches you. Like how do you explain it. I guess im wondering how, when, and with who did you start?
I 56yo male have slept nude my entire life. Much prefer sleeping nude. When my children or grand children slept in the bed with me I kept boxers on but that is the only exception. I just recently " last weekend" did my first public nude. I jumped in head first I guess because I went to a nude beach. And because it was memorial day weekend it was super crowded. I rented my chair and umbrella and got undressed and quietly sat down. Because it was so crowded I just sat there for quite awhile. Then finally got the nerve got up infront of hundreds of people and walked to the food truck several hundred yards away. After that I was good. Freely get up go into the water etc... it was extremely freeing to just be nude.
Side note there were some gawking. That was uncomfortable but otherwise was a good time and I will go back
