A core principal of ours is accepting all body types and shapes and the absence of clothes is a great equalizer. You can't tell a person's social status, orientation or other constraints. It is one of those things that attracts me to nudism.
Nonetheless I struggle when it comes to tattoos and piercings. They transcend into our world. Are they fashion and therefore be viewed as not nude. Or are they body art and therefore should be embraced?
Personally I like many tattoos. Particularly on women. Most piercings too. They are interesting and usually attractive (the tattoo that is) and often have meaning to the person.
I have never wanted either in the past but have changed my mind recently. Mostly for self expression.
I also wear nail polish which transcends to our world too.
