Firstly, this might come across the wrong way to some people and some may disagree with it, please know I am being genuine and don’t mean to offend anyone.
One thing I haven’t ever opened up about in this subreddit is how nudism completely changed me. Before I got into nudism, I was an average textile, but the worst part worse my relationship with pornography. I wouldn’t say I was an addict, but used to look at porn very regularly to the point where I began suffering from bad side effects.
I wanted to stop looking at porn so badly, I even joined a porn-free subreddit for support and that helped a little, but didn’t solve the real issue. Believe it or not, nudism is what saved me from what I believe would have become a porn addiction. I was so amazed by its effect that I even posted/championed on that porn-free subreddit that Nudism/Naturism is what freed me!
Let me explain why, the reason it helped me the most is because I stopped looking at humans (Males and Females) as sexual objects and started looking at humans as real people! All the body shame issues I had vanished, my confidence level boosted, I began to understand that beauty is not just what we see on the outside, but is very much about what we don’t see on the inside. So many people find it hard to disassociate nudity and sex, because it is drilled into us from a young age that they are one and the same, as that has become the majority normal way of thinking in society. Yet that couldn’t be further from the truth, I truly feel more people need to try this lifestyle out as it is truly life changing!
I could go on for ages about this, but this is post is long enough already, if you want to know more feel free to ask any questions in the comments!
