I finally got the opportunity to go to my 1st nude beach this weekend. I’ve always been self conscious but have always wanted the opportunity to practice nudism to hopefully overcome that feeling.

I was traveling solo and it was a cold / windy day for a beach trip. When I arrived it was so cold that no one was naked as far as I could see.

I found myself a little area and went for it. It was exhilarating to be naked in public for the 1st time knowing people could see me. It was exhilarating knowing no one cared.

It was so cold that a clothed man told me I was brave for being the only nude person. Eventually it would warm up, I guess I broke the ice and some others started to join.

I was proud of myself and can’t wait for the next opportunity.
