Coinlist Nucypher receive wallet not working?

hi guys, I'm new to staking but would like to earn some interest rather than having my NU just sit in Coinbase. Does anybody know why Coinlist NU receive wallet is not working so I can move my coins?
Also, is Coinlist susceptible to losing your coins or getting hacked? or should I be afraid of security issues since they don't compensate you if they lose all your coins? Have they ever had any bad incidents in the past?
