Here is an old, high-quality "be the girl" cyoa that is a real classic and surely worth a repost: Bimbo Curse by Ichigo3924. It has one of the best bimbofication systems I know, not to mention a few worthwhile empowerment options. It also got an interactive version by Cinteractor.
