You were good at your job, one of the best. Giving the right nudges and hints when they were needed to keep your charges on the right path. It couldn't always be perfect, but you did your best to get close to it. And yet, despite your success, it wasn't enough anymore. Guiding all of these lives over the years had drained you of the pleasure you used to get out of this task, and finally you broke. Your job wasn't one that you could simply quit, but banishing yourself to earth before you could be stopped had the same effect.

A Guardian Angel, that's what you once were, wings and halo and all. You didn't manage to keep the halo, but you could still bring out the wings when you wanted. In fact, you could do many things with your appearance in order to get through this world as you needed. And now you had only one goal, getting to me.

I was your last charge, a girl you had guided from birth to adulthood, now living a comfortable life with my future husband. That was just another generic happy ending, you wanted more, needed more. And after being in my head for so long, you knew I did too.

Who doesn't like some casual blasphemy? I won't lock down your angel powers too much, nor will I say whether or not you should be "in love" with me, we can work out those details together. I will say that I like the idea of you becoming more demonic as time goes on, so there's that.
