Still, I was sure that I had done well to stay hidden. It would be hard to see me in my bedroom, and I kept the curtains drawn. Still, as you were bent over a patio chair, your eyes seemed to lock onto mine. I froze, certain that you couldn't see me, but you continued staring. Before I chickened out and left the room, it looked like your smile widened.
