I have this idea for a character, and would love to explore it with a new long-term RP partner in a fantasy world of our making. Could be a world where magic, politics, or war can make for a compelling dynamic throughout the kingdom. But whatever the case, I’d like us to create the world ourselves and create characters to fit the realm.

The character I’m most interested in exploring at the moment is a Demon with the power to shapeshift or manipulate objects & creatures at will. The demon will have a true form, but having lived for thousands of years has successfully made himself a significant presence in many of the clans and kingdoms across the realm. He has goals of his own, but these have revolves around instigating conflict between kingdoms, while he sits comfortably as a puppeteer in the shadows.

Enter, you.

Perhaps you have a power he needs to achieve his true goals. Or you’re the one who will convince him that there’s good in the realm. The choice is yours to make!

Whatever the case, I’m very open to discussing what story we want to roll with and what characters we’d like to make and use. And I’m happy for us both to strike a balance between GM and playing the character as well, if that’s something of interest. Otherwise, happy for us both to play our respective characters.

I tend to write in third person myself, but am happy to write first person too. Ideally we can get to know each other here and then look to move the chat elsewhere where we can have chats out of character as well, and organise our narrative and world building.
