The Admission department assess new patients and their problems. The clients along with their reports are passed onto the Treatment department who have two units, Mental Therapy and Physical Rehabilitation. If mental therapy works, the patients are signed off by the Discharge department. If unsuccessful, they are referred to the Physical Rehabilitation unit which is where you work as a Sex Nurse and I work as an Administrator.

Our unit usually receives all the patients with extreme addictions to porn or sex which cannot be resolved by mental therapy. You will look at their report and come up with a treatment plan which has to be authorised by a Sexual Health Doctor. Your job as a Sex Nurse is to perform sexual acts with these patients according to their treatment plan. Week 2 you will introduce something else, you might offer him your ass hole. Then as more weeks go on, you will wean him off throat fucking and he will be able to have a balanced sex life at which point, the patient would have successfully rehabilitated. Your specific team within your unit are on a higher salary band because you take on patients who are larger downstairs. The demographic of your patient group are normally black men hence why your team is informally nicknamed the "BBC Queens".
