Okay, I might need to explain this idea a little:
I'm really into the idea of... casual babying, I guess. The thought that I'm mostly living an adult life, and the people around me mostly treat me like one, but every so often, they do or say things that make it clear I'm ultimately on the level of a child for them.
So, the specific scenario I have in mind is that I'm officially declared an Adult Baby, and the roommates I live with are declared my caretakers. Again, they still treat me mostly like nothing happened, and like I'm still an adult, but there are some clear changes.
Some examples of what could happen:
I'm sitting in my room playing on my PC or something, when a roommate walks in, tells me that dinner's ready, and then also quickly checks my diaper and changes me if needed
at dinner, I have to wear a bib and drink out of a sippy cup, and my meal is pre-cut into bite-sized pieces
I have a strict bedtime, like around 7 PM
I'm not allowed in the bathroom on my own. They may allow me to use an adult-sized plastic potty, but also only under supervision, and I'm not allowed to wipe myself.
I'm not allowed to leave the apartment without adult supervision
