The company decided to have this year teambuilding over at the company retreat on the coast. The entire team is going, but since its a small company, its only 20 or so of us.

Its summer, so its great for having a nice teambuilding beach and pool party over at the place we are going.

It is also a great opportunity you were waiting for to sneak in some private 1on1 time with the boss of the company.

We rented several beach apartments, bungalows of sort and are sleeping in two's. But noone is actually thinking of sleeping. The drinking and partying will go on deep in the night.

The year has been great and since I wanna make sure my employees are satisfied and happy, this year especially, you are free to do whatever you want.

We will wear our swimsuits, enjoy the sun, the pool and the beach as well as have some good drinks and food planned.

But you have other plans, dont you? You wanna get me somewhere private...

I will play as Robert, 38yo Caucasian male, 6'2 tall, good shape, shaven bald head, full on beard, green eyes, strong arms and legs. I am well experienced and know how to get what I want.

A hard working man, always going the extra mile in both work and people management. As such, I tend to stay long hours at work and you know I dont have that much of a social life outside business.

You know this is your best chance to either put yourself out there up for a promotion, simply because you wanna have yourself or me satisfied, or you just want to have that itch of fucking with your boss scratched.

How the story unfolds, its entirely up to what we agree on regarding kinks. I'm open to various combinations. Looking for a long term, but can be a short one as well.
