Yeah, that's some 1% shit. I am in classes with medical and clinical students who feel like they failed when they get 43 out of 45 in their exams.

Hamstring tears and arthritis are pretty distant from each other. Cartilage sits in between bones, and it acts like an absorber.
Osteoarthritis is the gradual or complete disappearance of cartilage in between your joints.
Hamstring tears is generally caused by quick and sudden movements, and it's more prone to getting injured the more times it happens
