Footbed sinking
Post Body

Hey, so I just got my first pair of solovair derby boots 11.5uk usually a 12-12.5us and I’ve notice on my 5th wear, usually 8 hours at a time, that the footbed seems to have sunk in and my toes are touching the the material stitched to the underside of the footbed, just wondering if that’s normal and they still need to be broken in?

I’ve had this same problem with docs and I was wearing a uk11 so the half size up I thought would help or should I have gone a full size up and got the uk12 and worn insoles.

It’s mostly my right foot which is bigger than my left, my left doesn’t seem to have a problem, just my right foot. And also, my 2nd toes are longer than my big toe in both feet, if that helps as well.

Cheers
