Nox iAP with international googleplay account.

Hi.
I'm trying to do purchases with a UK googleplay account (I don't live in UK though). I created a fresh image, and only added the UK account to Android. When I go into the app to do the purchase, it picks up my balance, lets me input my password, but the purchase fails. The same scenario in Memu works so I think maybe its a setting or something I am missing?
Any ideas?
