We have a set requirement in Novoradia for the treatment of under 18’s.

Under no circumstances is an infant or young person to be subject to any form of genital mutilation.

If the individual is voluntarily electing to undergo a form of genital mutilation, their wishes are considered by their elders and peers at the monthly circle meetings. The individual must undergo a session of Holographic Kinetics once per moon cycle for a period of no less than 6 full moon cycles. With their wishes assigned a seated circle meeting group member, who will be responsible to revisit it with the circle and the individual every new moon. This applies only to non medical emergencies. After a minimum of 6 cycles, if the individual is absolutely resolute, their wishes should be respected.
