My suggestion is a revisitation of ancient social structures with potential variations.

We must give back access to Male “business”.

There must be a place where the Males have complete freedom to be male and determine the most appropriate direction for their civilization.

There must be a place where Females have complete protection and by extension freedom to be female and determine the most appropriate usage of their collective existence.

This will be demonstrated in their “Men’s Business” and “Women’s Business” through compulsory full nudity for all voluntary participants at the monthly circle meetings.

Within the Novoradia realm, there are urban and rural initiatives.

Rather than new construction within already dense suburban landscapes, I suggest a reconfiguration of current household and urban infrastructure.

An urban location should be carefully determined and committed to for a period of 8 year perpetual cycles. If determined the location is not viable by majority collective decree, there is no need to renew.

Aim to begin every new venture on the 28th of the month.

Outsource labour if required.

There should be a minimum of 8 individual houses to start.

A kitchen house where all meals are prepared and distributed either onsite or into the local community. This should be made available to all Novoradians and to the wider public for free, with donation not expected but provide opportunities for this to take place with cash and self serve card facilities. Kangaroo are at plague level proportion due to reduction of people on the land hunting them to eat, sadly now only to cull and let rot. Wild caught game is untainted by modern farming practices.

There should be 3 breakfast times, 3 lunch times and 3 dinner times.

Partakers of meals must never serve themselves, this is to be considered a disgrace upon Novoradia.

Negotiate an 8 year perpetual cycle lease of a large grassed or cleared unimproved park space within the centre vicinity of all houses. This should be the first decider of a location, this aspect of initiative is mission critical.

This will be the base for a community urban farm space.

Create a garden following syntropic farming and permaculture principles, implement aquaculture, hügelkultur beds and vertical gardens, there should be extensive flowers planted. Use heritage seeds where possible, non GMO when alternative unavailable. Follow organic principles. Avoid commercial fertilizers and pest spray. The use of glycophosphate is not permitted under any circumstance.

Contract the services of a professional in this field for the design and implementation of this specific area of the project. Spare no expense in this area.

Implement chickens for eggs, compost and waste management. Feed them scraps from the kitchen and garden, avoid commercial grain feeds. Collect food scraps from restaurants and food outlets to provide adequately for their needs. Pick the dying heads off the marigold flowers every day and add to their feed.

It is critical this space is exceptionally well lit and has a consistent minimum rotating roster of 3 guardians to prevent vandalism and promote safety and enjoyment by all members of the collective population.

Sell the excess quality produce not utilised by the Novoradia kitchen, onsite at a competitive market price, provide the opportunity for pay it forward boxes for people in need. Give individual boxes to members of the public for a day of volunteering in the garden.

One of the guardians can provide customer service when required.

The participants with the most confidence and knowledge regarding the individual points of the garden will serve Novoradia through leading educational tours every day at the same time. This can shift throughout the year if there are more advantageous times with shifted climactic conditions.

All profits that come from this initiative must be used to fund the Novoradia kitchen.

A healing house, with vacant rooms for varying modalities. Have a store room with stackable chairs, massage tables, large cushions, yoga mats, bolsters. Keep a minimum of 10 of each. There should be 2 rooms set aside as 24 hour free use for reading, meditation, prayer and worship. The first room should accommodate an icon and deity wall altar and the second room should be kept blank and clean, with cushions available for sitting. There should be a library of books available for use in an easy to reach area for Novoradians to borrow.

An under 18’s house where Novoradias young people are given access to educational resources, enrichment activities, care and connection. Ensure there is male exclusive and female exclusive designated areas with a guardian and female representative each, preferably over 65 available for each with leadership given to the respective associated sex and counselled by the opposite sex. Allow self elections and majority rules voting for the respective Representatives of the House who will assist. A mixed area should aim to be monitored by both sets of guardians.

Under 18s are tasked (if age appropriate) to mentor over 65s at this house, teaching updated technologies with a mutual reciprocity of history, stories and life skills. It is recommended to have surveillance in each area for safety and a panic button in each room, for peace of mind. Any individual who serves in this house must provide a clear police clearance and working with children check. Determine ideal ratios (2-1 or 1-1) and expansions individually. Regularly hold self advocacy demonstrations and workshops relating to safety in the house and outside of it.

An 18 leisure house where Novoradias elders can privately or communally unwind.

A female exclusive house, set this up with bunks. Allow the top bunk to be used for personal storage and provide curtains for privacy. Utilise the top bunks as emergency overflow. Set up replicated houses as this need arises. Provide a communal wardrobe of varying sizes for use by the ladies if they wish.

A male exclusive house, set this up with bunks, provide a locker and trunk for storage. When the time comes for more beds, overflow onto a yoga mat on the floor with the longest serving first, then work backwards to freshest. This should be considered an honour and an enviably impressive position to be placed in. Upon reaching 6 on the floor, set up a replica house for those 6. As participants come and go, once moved into a new house, they become the house managers and can voluntarily switch to another house. Prior to leaving one must collectively determine a replacement manager by majority rules voting.

Any female of child bearing age who wishes to delay or avoid pregnancy will be provided with a non hormone copper IUD without cost.

Any male who wishes to exclude his genetics from the gene pool will be provided with a vasectomy without cost.

Special attention should be paid to under 18’s, modelling expected reciprocal respect towards them from earliest years. Mentoring and teaching them life, communication and conflict resolution skills. Provide age appropriate responsibilities and involve them in as much as possible. As example, thorough daily caretaking of their under 18’s house. Vacuuming, mopping, wiping down walls, cleaning windows, resetting the space as an example. There should be both male and female representatives serving when attending meal times. The participants should rotate each meal time.
