I'm a separated single dad with a stable income and good credit score. Finances are a bit up in the air for the year but I can easily afford $1500 or less without issue/need to worry while all that settles out. In the process of separation/divorce.

I need a 2 bedroom rental in northern Virginia. I could possible squeeze a one bedroom, but that would mean I'd need to sleep on a pull out sofa when my little ones are visiting. Pets ok would be a huge plus.

I will have 50/50 custody and they are 3 or younger, so wherever i rent needs to be safe and ok with toddlers. This will be a place to stay while this all settles out, I can sell my other properties and sort finances then buy a place of my own.
