Residential Parking in Del Ray (Weekdays)

I can't find any information about parking on residential streets in Del Ray. Is a permit required? Is it open to anyone? Thanks!
Update: Since I've been here a little while, I'll follow up based on my experience. Most residential streets don't require permit, but technically you are supposed to move at least every 72 hrs. The main streets are 2 hr limit Mon-Fri or Sat 8-5.
