Historically, I have been a sucker for kiosk employees and their flattery. In recent years. I was able to avoid them, given that I always had children in tow. I probably had a streak of ignoring these types for many years. I will never be able to afford their very expensive products, so chatting with them for any reason is a waste of everyoneâs time.
Strolling through Pentagon City Mall today, to make a simple exchange, I got roped in to one of the skin care retail workersâ promotions and lost a good 20 minutes of time. I was paying for parking by the hour and I didnât even have my wallet on me, so it was a complete waste - very stressful!
That said, whatever âBenâ used on my face was a pretty miraculous product that I could see myself using if I had something like $1300 just laying around for a bottle of lotion, ha ha.
Iâm here to ask which kiosks youâve had good experiences with, and if any of them have been worth the âpromotion.â Are there any you would stay far away from, either because of their tactics or quality of their products?
