Hello all, I am in dire need of a family lawyer.

My ex and I have been divorced for many years and have a custody agreement where he has my 2 boys ages 14 and 11 every weekend from Saturday through Monday morning. We have been co-parenting somewhat decently without having to involve the courts but things have taken a turn quite quickly.

Ex has decided to move his gf of a few months and her 3 kids to his 2 bedroom apartment. His plan is to make my kids sleep in the living room while they’re there. He has already removed everything they own from their former room and got a bunk bed to be set up in the living room and take down when they’re not there.

That doesn’t seem right in any way and my older one doesn’t want to go anymore. Previous firm I used for divorced is not an option.

TL:DR - kids’ father is making them sleep in living room during his time since he’s moving 4 people into his 2 bedroom apartment.
