That is not an exaggeration. On the date of the accident 8 days ago, they followed up immediately. They were courteous and promised to take care of everything since their driver was at fault.
Since then it's been crickets, my injury adjuster was reassigned and I have yet to hear back from my assigned auto adjuster or speak to someone who can help me since the day of the accident. If you call the number on the car insurance card, it directs you to Allstate, their parent company.
After you finally get through to a person at Allstate, they tell you they can't find your claim # in the system and then after searching, redirect you to the local company.
The local company, NATIONAL GENERAL, answers with an automated system with 2 options only - 1 for policy holders and 1 for quotes for potential customers. You can not bypass the stupid system and have to pretend to be a policy holder and dance with the AI until you finally get to a person.
That takes you to the local person who is already not returning your calls "within 24 hours" and for funsies when you press 0 for urgent matters it takes you to an unattended phone line and, I'm guessing, the same mailbox.
And yes I have tried contacting everyone several times, leaving claim #and contact info. Same outcome each time.
If you work there and can help me, please msg me regarding a car accident that involved one of your insured drivers who rear ended me at a light because they didn't realize you have to wait for emergency vehicles to pass. Preferably before Christmas.
My neck is killing me and I can't turn my head to the right or sleep on my right side because of the pain in my neck and shoulder. I also really miss driving my car 😡😡😡
