Bring charged for Tram2Work pass

Hi, I get the Tram2Work scheme through my work, which is an annual pass. I get monthly charges taken from my salary.
Since we'll be in lockdown for the foreseeable future, can I get this cancelled? I've tried contacting the tram network but no response.
Has anyone here got it cancelled?
