I'm using a periwinkle Rhodia Goalbook (A5 softcover) as my bullet journal this year and well... THIS THING GHOSTS LIKE CRAZY!
Watercolor (just a thin layer) crinkles the pages, which is alright for me as the water color doesn't ghost, but it does make the paper annoying to letter on as it isn't flat.
I use the pigma micron fineliners and color with crayola supertips. For lettering, I use the tombow fudenosake pens and I had some bleed through.
I use a pilot metropolitan with the black cartridges and the ink takes forever to dry. Like 10 seconds and it still smears when my hand brushes over it. The ink ghosts terribly too which is disappointing because I've always heard that Rhodia performs decently with fountain pens. I don't even want to try emerald of chivor on this paper :/
I don't know, I expected so much more from this rhodia. If it were another notebook I wouldn't really be this disappointed I guess because I'd expect it from a LT1917 (and let's not even talk about moleskine lol) but after hearing hype about Rhodia's amazing paper quality, I really expected more.
