I saw another Redditor do this and thought it was a great idea … I've been using a lined Midori MD Notebook in size A6 (148 x 105 x 10 mm/5.8 x 4.1 in.) as an EDC for a few months now, but I also recently got a Nanami Cafe Notebook that I'm eager to start using. I'm only halfway the MD Notebook and considering that I never return to a used journal, I thought I'd cut out the remaining pages and share them with anyone who's interested in giving this paper a try.
The paper is MD Paper Cream, made in Japan. I don't recall its weight, but it can be used with fountain pens. You can find more details on the notebook here: https://www.midori-japan.co.jp/md/en/products/mdnote/.
Depending on interest, I can probably send out like 5-10 pages to a few people through first-class mail in the United States. Get in touch if you are!
