Note 20u and buds live

I purchased the note ultra and didn't know there's no external headphone jack lol. So, I purchased buds live to talk with clients, mainly while driving to satisfy the hands free law in my state. I used to use corded headphones with my old note 8.
Issues is, the volume isn't loud enough for me to hear people talking. Volume is okay, sitting at my desk or listen to music. Has anyone tan into this issue that call volume seems very low compared to music volume?
