Does the developer read these: regular App instability, poor performance when it does work-iPad OS
Post Body

Like the post says,I have been having sooooo many, frequent issues with notability that it’s made me go get GoodNotes. The problem is when good notes worked it was the like a dream. I stopped daily driving fountain pen and notebooks because it was so good.

For the last year I have seen buggy performance where the app takes a long time to load and regularly crashes. When it does finally load, 9 of 10 times it tries to redownload all my existing notes from iCloud and wont open. I work in hardware so I have a few different iPads models that I have access to and the performance is the same on all of them. This has occurred going back to ipad OS 13 but it’s happened on 14 and 15 also. I start a new note, and then go to safari to copy something into the note. When I return to notability it crashes. When I reopen it wont let me open that note bc it’s downloading it from iCloud even though it was just local.

I have deleted an reinstalled the app, updated to different versions, turned off auto backups to Dropbox, turned them back on, etc

I’m really hoping there is a solution so I am making one last desperate shout to void that is Reddit hoping someone else has seen this. I have photos and videos of the performance I’m happy to share with the developer. Would post here but it’s sensitive work and personal info that doesn’t need published on the internet
