2 a forest in a town holds the highest population of spiders in the world and the scientist (think it was a scientist) who lived beside it, his daughter went missing in it one day. The narrator and the dad went into the forest one day and find her corpse being used like a puppet by a spider iirc

3 another university story. A professor is giving a lecture. The number of students in the lecture hall is quite small due to a thunderstorm and the power kept cutting out and iirc there was a suspicion person in a hoodie.
