So for someone that's been in Texas for years , I was wondering what it's like to live up north it's always crossed my mind since it's near the canadian border. Is it affordable to live comfortably like whats the cost of living and economy for yall .Also is it true that people there are racist or look at you wierd if your not white , I'm latino with a yellow complexion so I don't know if I will get weird looks a lot or not but was just curious what life is like up there in the dakotas.
