Man, I'm so sorry to those of you who are concerned with your "imperfections." I want to give all of you a hug. As a society, we really place ridiculous standards on you, and you shouldn't listen to most of them. Carry it loud, and carry it proud. So many of you look great!!

Don't try to live up to some image that is created for you when you really are looking fabulous, and you're probably an even better person. I saw four or five posts in the last several minutes which were normal, lovely bodies. I probably shouldn't name names, but there's three or four people before this post that I just want to tell how wonderfully normal you look, and I'd bet the house you're even nicer people in person.

And for the rest of you, please excuse my preaching. But we need to stop setting these ridiculous standards for our sistas.

He's not here to say it, so allow me to steal from Mr. Rogers for a moment ... we like you just the way you are.
