I have dropped a major amount of weight in the last few years. I went from 280 pounds to my current weight. I honestly think I dropped to much weight and was thinking about adding on about 30 pounds of muscle. I know I don't look the best at the moment, but I am hoping that with the addition of the muscle, I can develop a decent looking body.
