Trying to find the motivation to start taking care of my body again. I used to weigh 150-180 lbs depending if I was staying active outdoors, but during COVID lockdown my mental health just tanked and I started binge eating and quit exercising altogether. During this time my all time high weight reached 240 lbs !! But the last couple of years I managed to cut down to 200 lbs and that's just where I'm stuck at. Constantly seeing Hollywood physiques in films has motivated me to get back into shape but also has made me incredibly insecure. Just stuck in this cycle of laziness and consumption of awful food.
