I used to be skinny fat, but I’ve been working out and doing cardio to turn things around. It’s been a journey, I’ve developed in lifting weights my pr in dumbbell bench press is 200 lbs now , I’m still not satisfied of the progress I’ve made so far. That said, I still struggle with the scars, stretch marks, and loose skin from before it’s not always easy to feel good about them , Sharing this as part of my journey, what do u think?
