I’ve been playing a high level university sport for the last 3 years. My body changes a lot. In season, I look a lot leaner and now in the offseason I look chunkier. I find it takes a toll on me because I don’t feel as sexy as I do when I’m leaner, but when I’m leaner I don’t realize I am and I still feel big. Some days I wake up feeling amazing, and some days I don’t.
