I’ve never been fully comfortable in my own skin, posting in Reddit has definitely helped build confidence. I do try to keep my ageing body in shape but let things slip over the festive period, feel like I’m getting back on track now. Always happy to hear your thoughts, constructive ones also and of course if you think I should just put it away then you can be honest.
