I've had a love/hate relationship with my body all my life. Especially now since I've gained weight and I'm getting older. It's getting better though, I'm learning slowly to not be so damn self critical. Losing weight for health reasons is now my goal, and accepting whatever I look like along the way. No more being cruel to myself.
