I have gone to the gym last year but stopped going and I’m very unhappy with the way my body looks. I feel too chubby and too skinny at the same time. My goal is to gain more muscles on my arms and chest, would love to have my abs show more. I will post here weekly so I have some way to see my progress and share my adventures with others that are on their adventures too so they don’t feel alone.
