Over the last 4 years I’ve put on more weight than I would have liked. Lifestyle changes etc, but also more muscle mass. I don’t feel myself and don’t like being naked much around my wife. Looking for confidence, and opinions. Which do people prefer 1st pic, me now, chunkier but more muscle mass, or 4 years ago, skinnier less muscle, more “fit”. Feedback appreciated 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽
