Criticism and compliments both welcome. Worked hard in 2024 to drop 30kg. Going from 123kg to 92kg. Looking forward to what I will look like at the end of 2025.
A couple of questions for you guys Is it a dad bod yet?
Iām aiming to drop to 90kg so 2 more to go, my stomach has a fair bit of loose skin any people got any good non surgical solutions or treatments?
Once I reach 90 should I attempt recomp or do a lean bulk back up?
