I feel unconfident about my upper body. In the last few months i dropped weight because of depression, but now i keep gaining it back. I ve never been muscular or fit, (ok, i was more skinny when i was 18). And i keep fighting with this extra weight. It s a normal dad body i know, and i shouldnt worry about it, i m not THAT overweight.. the last time when i was confident about myself is the last picture, it s about 6 month ago. What do you people think?
