Been type 2 diabetic since 2013. Yo-yo back and forth between 350-385. Enough is enough. My A1C was 10.7 last month. Highest since my diagnosis. I need encouragement. I started eating REALLY well the last 2 weeks and exercising semi regularly. Going to add that to ozempic next week. Second time with it. Pharmacist tripled my dose last time by mistake and I was VERY ill for days. I quit. Hope to provide weekly updates with positive results.
