It looks like a lot of people here struggled today for some reason. Sending love to everyone.
My body confidence comes and goes. Sometimes it’s ok, and sometimes I start feeling terrible. Today, I really wasn’t feeling the shape of my belly and chest. I feel like my stomach sticks out and I hate it. I also wish I was generally more muscular, but I lack the motivation to train. I hope showing myself like this will help me accept it all.
