Ok. Super nervous about this. Looking for advice.
I’ve never been happy with my body shape, but due to work, family and other commitments I’ve never been able to find the time to do something about it. Oh, and I hate gyms.
I’m pretty active, doing lots of cycling, swimming, walking, hiking, and so on. I generally eat fairly healthy, but I have a healthy appetite to go with it. 😬
There are 4 things I want to achieve:
- Lose the man boobs. There’s definitely quite a lot of pectoral muscle under there as I swim, but I just can’t seem to shift the fat from there.
- Tone up my belly. Again, there’s muscle there and I really don’t drink much alcohol, but it stays resolutely round.
- Tone up my bottom. My butt cheeks used to be nice and tight, but now they’ve gone a bit saggy.
- Lose the fat in the groin area. I have an average-sized penis, but it’s a show-er, so when it’s flaccid, all that pubic fat really doesn’t help the overall aesthetic! 😉
I know I will never have an athletic physique, but I would love to have a better toned body. Any advice on the above? Just no gyms please…
